From the beginning of my educational stage, I have realized that education is the cornerstone in building every great human being. I believe that, through education, an individual will receive the vital skills and tools that are necessary to build a successful and prosperous life. Within an educational setting, students should be continually encouraged to solve problems similar to those they would encounter outside of school, and this instils in them the skills necessary to become flexible problem solvers in preparation for their adult lives. I believe that as teachers, we must ensure that learning tasks place in safe, open, and supportive environments so that students learn the important aspects of developing and fostering a positive relationship with others."
