Angel Fikes, is a rising historian eager to share her love of history with all students willing to listen. Filled with a particular love of the little tidbits of the past that makes someone want to laugh out loud at the insanity of it, she makes the study of eras gone by interesting, by approaching the subject from an enjoyable angle. Turning the boring and mundane subject of what has already happened, into the exciting subject of learning about what made our world the way it is today. Using multiple methods, as everyone is different, she will try every option until uncovering which way brings exceptional comprehension. Utilizing activities and immersive lesson plans, this historian can make the subject of the past come alive, and make one feel like they were there at that point in time. Putting a fun and coherent spin on the subject that is unjustly labeled as unusable after school. Showing, in an exciting way, how the study of the past actually affects today and the future. Building a greater understanding of the past to create a better tomorrow.
