I am student-centric teacher. To begin with I understand the requirements and then fine tune my pedagogical techniques depending upon the needs and capacity of the student. I ensure the student understands the concept as well as prepare him/her from exam point of view. Periodical revision and assignments will be a part of the learning process. Parents will be kept informed about the progress of the students on a regular basis and feedback will be collected to address the weak areas. I can be a great mentor to the child as well if need be.
