I am a student-centric teacher. Empathetic for their learning

I prefer to understand student needs and instill learning. instead of imposing my knowledge. prefer to grow interest in their subject so they can learn in auto mode.

i always discuss assignments with students and encourage them to provide an alternative solutions. i teach them the approach not the solution

I also learn from the student and implement them in my teaching style.
