Myself Dr Amreen, i am a ayurveda physician, with Msc in Yoga, specialised in antenatal/postnatal care too.....I believe in an integrated approach of healing... At my clinical practice even i practice therapeutic yoga healing which enhanced my practice.. even i got participants for yoga healing at all the age group..

My sessions are mainly based on healing at both physical & mental level, i also believe in healing at emotional level too for which I love too here out my participants...more than just a yoga teacher I am happy to support them as a mentor... And guide them the way of life which is main goal of yoga and ayurveda...
