I follow the learning by doing methodology. As I run multimedia classroom for cllege students using all digital and powerpoint presentation aids, I can cop up with the new methodology and approach. I give extra work and assignment at home to upgrade the student.

From 2015 I give training for high school.teachers. This experience has enriched me as teacher. During my teaching life a lot of students made good results. They are now working home and abroad.

I have written books for the students which are very very helpful.Apart from this I have participated in different curriculum trainings.

I am a regular examiner of Dhaka Education Board and NTRCA, Bangladesh. I also workr as a question setter end moderator, and Head Examiner at NTRCA.

During my teaching life, I have reputation as a good, dsciplined and sincere teacher. I always maintain punctuality. I give more support for the weaker students. I can upgrade a weaker within short time.
Besides subject knowledge, I help student giving them supportive information regarding their career building. I input a sense of generous humanity while giving lessons.

I always learn new thing and pass it to the students. For students' exam prepara, I give the relevant support.
