I have international research and work experience in Turkey, Cyprus, Germany and Canada. ı am a native Turkish speaker with extensive experience in interacting with people speaking different dialects of Turkish and other languagaes I have effective verbal and written language skills in English. In addition, I have fair language skills in German.
My educational background consists of a PhD from the Department of Linguistics, Graduate School of Social Sciences, (Ankara University Turkey), a master’s degree at the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning (University of Manitoba, Canada), a Bachelor of Art degree with a Major in English Language and Literature from the Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus and extra courses from the Department of Education (Middle East Technical University) and Faculty of Economics (Anatolian University). In addition, I am a certified teacher of teaching Turkish and English as Foreign Languages. I have received several education and language certificates from well-known universities such as Cambridge University.I have been teaching faculty courses at the department of Turkish Language Teaching and “Turkish as a foreign language” courses to the university students since 2017. I have international work experience from University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba in Canada; Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus International University, Near East University, European University of Lefke, TRNC Ministry of Education and Final International University in Cyprus. I have research experience in Canada, Turkey, Cyprus and Germany.

I honed my professional skills through research in Turkish dialects and foreign language (Turkish and English) teaching, at universities and other institutes. As a result of my international educational and professional background, I have acquired extensive research experience besides intercultural, administrative and educational experience gained from diverse environments. I have strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communications skills (including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures)as well as effective verbal communications skills in Turkish and in English. In addition, I have fair language skills in German.
