Pakiza here. I'll start from my qualification and experience. Well I have done Masters in Statistics with very good grades. But it doesn't matter that people with great degree and very good grades can also be a good teacher. It's all depends on years of experience and teaching styles. Also the love for their students is a key. My methodology is very simple. I can present things to my students in a very simple way according to their understanding level. Never leaves them until they have completed their work in a proficient way. And talking to your students in a friendly way and teaching their lesson In a simplest method makes me a good teacher.
