I am a Civil cum Structural Engineering Professional having 11 years of skilled experience in academics & research. My Job responsibilities include developing as well as implementation of innovative teaching pedagogy. Apart from being a part of Academics & Excellence in University I am associated with Chegg India Pvt.Ltd. (Civil Engineering Subject Matter Expert).
I have 4 years of experience as an online tutor.
I pursue a great passion in teaching and training. I feel great pleasure when my students first understand a new concept or see how the lesson applies directly to their lives. I get excited when students see improvement in themselves. I am helping students discover their strengths and then develop those strengths into regular habits. It is gratifying and truly fulfilling for me after knowing that I have helped students move forward with skills they will use for the rest of their lives.
I used to teach students patiently and try to go to their level of understanding. From there I drag their level up. I am approachable, enthusiastic with Strong communication skills. I have Strong knowledge as well as I am disciplined and professional.
I used to keep two way communications and in between giving daily based live examples. I do conduct frequent tests/tutorial/workshops and seminars.
Although I do not think I'm always the best teacher, I do know that the majority of my students love me, and I guess this is partly why good things happen in my classroom. I have spent a lot of time thinking about and done a lot of research into the question of what characteristics make a teacher effective and how I can succeed in the classroom. Although every great teacher has their own special and unique style.
