With more than 7 years of experience, I am proficient in quantitative data analysis using SPSS and stata softwares, particularly in the field of social sciences. I have handled large datasets including Census of India, Demographic health survey etc. My strengths include all aspects of monitoring and evaluation, designing study tools, study design, sampling and report writing. I have assisted various organizations and academic institutions for monitoring and evaluation work. I have experience in teaching research methodology to postgraduate students. I have published several papers in national and international journals. As a teacher I believe in "student centred" concept where I try to use the best and most simple examples to explain the concepts.
