My teaching style is Socratic. Interactive and fun. I encourage critical thinking and lively discussion. My methodology would differ according to the subject matter and students.Blended learning,student centered learning and game- based learning are some of the methodologies I use. The results would be positive and quick.I want my students to be the center of learning and therefore I encourage participation in class.I should use a mix of all the teaching style I mentioned here. Warm, caring, flexible and accessible is what makes me a great teacher. Dedication and commitment is the hallmark of my teaching. I always try to inspire my students through my teaching and research. Empathy, creativity, Communication skills, positivity, unbiased are my traits. Consistent in what I do is what matters. Not being judgemental is one of my strengths. Flexibility is another quality which I cherish as a good teacher. Making the maximum use of the minimal resources is another important trait in me. A great teacher is one who provides a joyful learning experience to students.
