I used to teach through facilitator style because I ask students to question rather than simply have the answer given to them.
The method which makes my teaching style effective involves, talking to the learners about their learning and listening to them.
I would like to help students in every query and will try to give my best.
As a teacher I will encourages the full participation of students, promotes mutual understanding, and cultivates shared responsibility among students.
I think skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience makes me a great teacher.
