I am naturally artistic/musical but also academic, which lead me to a crossroads in career choice. I chose to get involved in the family business and learn all aspects of the business to the best of my abilities. This, I believe, has put me at an advantage in life as I am able to handle most situations and take the lead with confidence. My natural tendencies to study and read ensured that I had all the information and valuable knowledge I could find in every role I played in the business. The reason why I opted to take a leave of absence and subsequently allow the business to lie dormant in September 2017 was due to the fact that my mother was given a terminal cancer prognosis, after a 10 year battle with breast cancer. I opted to nurse her to the end. At the time the business was nearing the end of a contract with their largest customer and by that stage I was leading the operation in the "boss role", so I made a personal decision to not renew the contract. I continued to tutor music and began to homeschool my own children to enable me to be a 24 hour carer to my mother as I am also her only child. Mom passed in February of 2020. I have continued to homeschool my 12 and 8 year old, teach music part-time and I still maintain my oldest customer and make her vegetable burger spices when she calls me to do so, there is a sense of loyalty and I cannot let her down.

I am an intellectual, well spoken leader. I get the job done with precision and grace. Respect for people and professionalism is key. Good old fashioned values, promises kept. Punctuality. Humanity. My attention to detail is paramount, paperwork and forms are like a work of art, they must be meticulous, no room for error. Communication is key when it comes to people in all walks of life, from prospective customers, actual clients, to your peers, colleagues and civil servants.
I am fully proficient in IT, if there is package I have not used before, it is only a matter of time before I have taught myself how to use it. Well spoken, neutral South African English accent. with the ability to communicate and understand Afrikaans as my second national language. I love children and am able to communicate well on their level. Am equally as adapt to adult company.

In summary. I am a no nonsense. low drama person that is 100 percent capable and highly ambitious. I am also a mother. daughter and lover of animals and nature.
