I prefer to teach according to school,because it will be helpfull for clearing the concept properly.
I use inductive and deductive method.
Student will be able to solve problems own.
I need to full cooperation of student. When they are co-operate then I will be takes efforts from my side and student side.Daily revision and revision test . If any mistakes are identified in test,I will be explain how to present answer sheet.Takes more practice.Give more examples from reference books for extra practice. If they are unable solve I will be explain again.
