I like motivating my students to work hard, then the key thing is discipline must be kept high for us to achieve something, I also like encouraging my students dispite whatever situation the subject might be challenging to them to just keep on doing their best. I also do understand both able and disable students and how to handle them, I don't like to punish students because of the wrong done work but instead I'll emphasize repeating several times in order for them to get to understand it much better
