  • Manager Quality Assurance (Jul, 2021–Present) at Atlas Battery Limited
    • Quality assurance of product passing from assembly line including cutting of plates, separator / envelop manufacturing, assembly of all battery components and proper packaging of battery.
    • Quality assurance of product during and after charging process to meet the required specification for commercial and OEM customers.
    • Coordination with Production department to implement proper manufacturing standards, machine parameters and method to achieve the desire product quality level.
    • Coordination with Production department to prepare the quality standards and work instructions and ensure the training for operator and inspector.
    • Lead the Quality Control Circle activity to get registered all the improvement carried out within companies and arrange the competition in coordination with management to reward the best practices adopted.
    • Participate in the Process Audit activity to ensure the production is being carried out as per agreed standards.
    • Support E&D in preparation of reports to record the process parameters and product results during the trial of new products.
    • Coordination with Production to carry out RCA against the customer claims.
    • Ensure the preparation of PQCT, IFC, ICP, FMEA and other related documents at the time of development of new products in coordination with E&D.
  • Manager Engineering & Development (Apr, 2011–Jun, 2021) at Atlas Battery Limited
    • Assist GM in development of new product in coordination with GS Yuasa (Japan - JV).
    • Assist GM in planning and scheduling of development of new products.
    • Coordination with GS Yuasa (Joint Venture) for the development of new products and preparation of documents required for Design Review meetings i.e. DRBFM, Initial Production Control Plan, Design Sheet, Past Trouble History sheet etc.
    • Coordination with Business Development and OEM to get develop new products as per demand of OEM.
    • Coordination with Supply Chain department to arrange material for new products and R&D projects.
    • Quality standard preparation and implementation along with QA team for new product / new process introduce during development / R&D activities.
    • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Production to carry out process improvement activities required for new products.
    • Lead the R&D projects in coordination with GM to improve product performance
    • Part of Internal Auditor team to carry out audit according to ISO standards for Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Energy management system.
    • To ensure the timely development of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and molds.
    • Design, development and standardization of production process and tooling.
    • Ensure the implementation of process development projects including new machine development, sample production, tooling development and design.
    • Support Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and concern department for process improvement and verification activities;
