Talent doesn't need introduction.I believe in developing interest, boosting confidence of my students, so that they can fully realize their potential. Students reflect their Teachers. So knowledge which I impart to my students are reflected through their results.For me a teacher doesn't mean to teach only but acts as a key player in carving personality of students.
