I teach based on the method that would best fit the individual, as not everyone can learn with the same style and at the same time. This includes discussion, feedback analysis, giving project and research work, role-playing and storytelling, all these stimulates the interests of my students to study more, which most at times is successful. I love interacting with my students and readily accept any form of creativity that they would bring along. I also like to emphasize on the need to read more and learn with the experiences they get from their interaction with the environment, which I call transfer of learning. I don't speak harshly to students but if there is the need to correct you when doing something wrong,I will. I believe that each and everyone also has the power to make their own choices, I'll accept them, unless they go against certain principles and limitations.
