A Best teacher can only show the way to solve the problems that is what I believe in teaching. I have a great passion for teaching. At the end of the day I can get job satisfaction only in teaching when a child shows his/her improvement. According to me there is no plant is without bloom so if it's not working then we teachers have to find the different methods by understanding them much better as we know each student is unique.
