I believe in providing skill based teaching and learning to the kids that would contribute in the harmonious development of the child and help them in channelizing their abilities towards positive direction.The approach towards my teaching is purely pragmatic,multi sensory,fun based and integrated that helps in the development of all the domains of child (cognitive, affective, psychomotor).The children are actively engaged in the collaborative activities and this further enhances their interests to learn new things by stimulating their senses.My pedagogical ways are mostly influenced by blooms taxonomy and techniques.The methodologies must always help the children in becoming problem solvers,creative and logical thinkers and enabling them to contribute towards the society.Education for me means enabling a child to be balanced, resilient and considerate towards the feelings of others.A real teacher must always try to inculcate the ethical values in the children and bring out the innate potentialities.The world has completely changed so has changed the needs and demands of people.The traditional approach towards teaching and learning is not productive,so we must have to switch towards the innovative techniques
