An engineer in Computer Science with PG Diploma in Management from IIM-A, with a diverse Multi functional experience of 31 years post- MBA in the fields of business & product development, marketing of financial products, education(kg to pg and icse & International Education(GRE GMAT test Preps as well application Consulting from pre application through entire application process to Visa Guidance), Management education, social sector, Training, OBT, research, facilitation in Human Resources management, learning & development, Career counseling and coaching of CXOs/Senior managers, youth, entrepreneurs.     i was an ace consulting advisor for applications to US University right from Pre applicatopn through application process( SOP ESSAYS RECOS ) to visa guidance and was ranked number 2 GMAT and business school application process consultant by a leading Prep site.. My success in Visa Guidance was such that in my entire career of 20 years of application process counseling i have had only one student who got his visa rejected which was also because of the student furnishing false . information.

    As VP indian Ops i was i handling the Reinsurance of Big capacities projects in Sectors like Aviation Oil Power and Cargo.. as the Indian insurance market doesnt have enough capacity fot insuring these products nor were products available to do insure these so these big projects were typically reisnured through international brokers Minet was one of the 5th largest broketrs in UK whose presence in India was handled by us and one of our biggest success was breakthrough in handling the ONGC reinsurance wherein we were one of the 3rd largest reinsuring brokers among the 8 brokers who bid for the prohject.

    i was instrumental in restructuring the incentive structure for the agents and chief representatives (CRs)who were the two key critical sales channels to the unitholders of mutual fund products . this was achieved by objectively creating a three tier structure both in terms of the channel as well as the payment structure for the agents and CRs.
    I was also instrumental in designing two mutual fund products catering to girl child empowerment and children education. i was also involved in the legal aspects of workiing out all the mutual funds schemes provisions as much as preparing all the papers for monthly board meetings of the the UTI Board members .

    depends on the projects of handling individual counseling and coaching of members /students to conducting Learning & Development for CXOs /Senior mgmt professionals . we had devised a 6 month program called Coaching Embedded Organisational Development Engagement (CODE) which has typically 3-4 L&Ds interspersed with 10 personalised individualised one on one coaching for the CXOS/Top mgmt.
    So wherever students counseling or some individual one on one retail coaching is involved it is relatively lesser amount and wherever corporate program is there it is at a much higher rate ..hence the fee variation.
