I want my students to understand the logic or the fundamentals of English and how it is different from learning other subjects as it is an international language which gives you a tremendous opportunity to grow up in your professional career. I personally believe that the person who knows English, he knows the world, but I am really disappointed that the current education system has failed to make the students prepared to face the challenges out there in the professional career. My 7 years of work experience in Brandix and 8 years in Accenture which is a multinational company and the number 1 BPO company in the world will play a key role in making this task successful. We have to be responsible and accountable for what ever the job undertaken and drive the process with the great expectations of making their goals achieved in a meaningful way. I hope I can do my best to ensure their effort is fruitful and diagnose with my problem solving skills as I strongly believe that teaching should also follow the methodology of doctor-patient relationship.
