I employ learner centred approach in the teaching and learning process by offering the content in a simplified and most digestible manner.

Individualized approach based on the the learner's strengths and needs by listening to the needs before every session.

To monitor the effectiveness of the program, I have an assessment tool that helps to determine the learner's progress report.

Having undergone training by Kenya National Examination Council ( KNEC) in chemistry paper 3 as an Examiner, I do possess the pre requisite knowledge and experience in the teaching of chemistry and physics.
