I can switch learning methods easily: I love to find new ways to differentiate my lessons, activities, and assessments so that I can connect with all my students. I always use a student interest survey geared towards learning styles and preferences, which helps me learn about the needs of my students. With this information, I can better develop activities and introduce concepts that fit with my student's unique educational needs
