I am a Special Educator. I have been teaching since 2020 and dealing with Special needs children/adults. I am very good with kids and persons with special needs. I took sessions according to their needs. I keep on changing my methods according to the needs of children/persons and doing the right things for them. I understand the needs of Children/adults and then only proceed. In addition to having worked with children at the elementary school level, I also feel confident in my abilities to process IEP documents. I advocate for all of my students, and I strive to work with parents to help students make progress. I am a team player with the general faculty and other support staff when it comes to educating the child wholly.
