Physics is not about rot learning. It is all about understanding the concept and relating it with your surroundings..I try to make my students understand by giving examples from daily experiences.
I personally like inductive - deductive methodology. Lessons should be planned as per the need of the student. A recapitulation and evaluation on previous topic is must prior to next topic.
I havre 15 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools and always got 100 percent result. I strongly believe that it is a collective effort of students and teachers.
After all A teacher can open the door of the knowledge but it is the student who has to enter the door.
