My joyful disposition and upbeat outlook on life make me a happy person. When I see how my students develop as people, I feel accomplished and like what I do.
I will consider my work to be successful if I can positively influence their future. I have a strong ability to plan and organize, which is essential to the role of a capable teacher. I am also an effective communicator both in writing and verbally.
My teaching philosophy is centered on encouraging class participation. To accommodate everyone and make the course material as engaging and personalized as possible, I modify my teaching approach.
