I enjoy teaching students with goals .I have no problem starting the course work from the beginning as long as my student gets to improve For me improvement is equal to my success no matter how small it is.I use the question and answer method because it sharpens the students skills during an exam.I also like setting goals with my students so that we can work towards the goal together because I believe in goals .My students must be determined and hardworking and confident.I also like students who accept their weaknesses and are working to improve no matter the sacrifice
