Major part of my teaching/lecture is discussion. I constantly emphasis on the fact that the content that I'm delivering is properly digested by the student. I like to engage the students with me during my lecture to make the learning more interactive and helpful for them. I take feedback even after every single minute. I don't proceed to further discussion until I'm pet sure that the student is going with me at every single concept. I just believe to teach in very simple language and make sure they understand properly.
