I have a track record of offering both academic and mentorship support to students who end up performing well in their exams. My approach to tutoring is dependent on the student's academic strength and preference. This approach consists of three steps which are awareness, changing attitude, and taking action. During awareness, I thoroughly assist the student to understand his or her academic strengths and weaknesses. The goal is to identify where we need to work so that we can improve. The second process is changing the attitude toward his or her weaknesses and trying to develop a positive attitude. The final process is taking action which is working consistently with the student to develop a tutoring plan that will address all the challenges. Am a great communicator who loves to over-communicate to ensure that the student is fully aware of how the tutoring is going on. This teaching methodology has proved to be working well as more than 95% of my students perform well in their exams.
