I am a teacher passionate in enduring that student not only understand but are able to put into practise what the learn.Not really passing exams,but finding what they are learning helpful.My aim is to ensure that every student improves and learns more and more.To increase morale and intrinsic motivation among learners.
I always teach from general to specific,a trick that I have realised that it's what constitutes learners into getting to learn better.I also work extra hours to ensure that my learners get the best of it all.making learning more interesting .I always ensure that I avoid boredom and loss of morale among learners .Being equipped by the university of Nairobi,I have consistently applied best teaching skills,firstly,I discover my learners ability and check on where to improve,which behaviour to punish and which to reinforce Goal is to ensure that all learners benefit mutually.Of course based on their capabilities,because obviously,their abilities are different.
I believe that every learner is able and that anything is possible. I rarely discourage my learners,but instead I encourage them,often.
