Dear parents and students,

I would like to introduce myself and inform you about my educational approach and the opportunities I offer. I am a certified teacher and a native Greek speaker. Besides teaching Greek, I also teach English.

My passion is teaching, and I specialize in teaching Greek as a foreign language. I have gained valuable experience teaching students of all ages from China, developing a carefully tailored approach that adapts to the needs and abilities of each student. Depending on the lesson and the students' needs, I use interactive games, the English language, and even Chinese to enhance learning.

My goal is to create a safe and encouraging learning environment where each student feels free to express their ideas and explore the language and culture. I am always available to answer any questions and help you achieve your educational goals.

    I have been teaching English to both Greek and non-Greek speakers, ranging from beginner to intermediate levels. My proficiency in the English language is extensive, as I utilize it not only for teaching Greek but also for instruction in English itself. I hold certification at the Proficiency level, and I thoroughly enjoy imparting this language to my students.

    Έχω διδάξει αγγλικά τόσο σε ελληνόφωνους μαθητές όσο και σε μη, καλύπτοντας επίπεδα από αρχάριου έως μεσαίου επιπέδου. Η εμπειρία μου στη χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας είναι εκτενής, καθώς τη χρησιμοποιώ όχι μόνο για τη διδασκαλία των ελληνικών αλλά και για τη διδασκαλία της ίδιας της αγγλικής γλώσσας. Διαθέτω πιστοποίηση στο επίπεδο της εξειδίκευσης και απολαμβάνω ιδιαίτερα το ότι έχω τη δυνατότητα να διδάσκω και αυτή τη γλώσσα στους μαθητές μου.

    I have extensive experience working with foreign language speakers, particularly Chinese students across various age ranges. My expertise lies in teaching Greek as a foreign or second language, utilizing certified instructional materials supplemented with authentic insights and knowledge from a native speaker. This approach ensures that learning is not only accurate but also culturally relevant and realistic.

    The majority of my Chinese students are residents in Greece, attending either public or private schools. Additionally, I have also worked with students from Beijing, providing tailored instruction to meet their specific needs and objectives.

    A part of my intership I taught religious studies and was evaluated by a mentor, in high school teaching. I also observed experienced teachers teaching and I used them as inspiration and model.
  • School Curriculum Tutoring Courses (Sep, 2015–Present) at Private Tutor for 7 years (Greece)
    I have been providing support and tutoring to students in alignment with the Greek school curriculum. This includes daily study preparation for school and exams. My assistance extends not only to Greek-speaking students but also to immigrant students who are still in the process of learning the language and require additional support.

Η υποστήριξή μου αφορά όχι μόνο τους μαθητές που μιλούν ελληνικά, αλλά και τους μετανάστες που είναι ακόμα στη διαδικασία μάθησης της γλώσσας και χρειάζονται περισσότερη υποστήριξη.
