I am an International Chess Player with peak FIDE Rating of 2138 and over 15 years of competitive playing experience. I have trained over 100 students from India, USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE.

Both curriculum-based and bespoke training can be given based on student’s need. My first objective with students is to build a very solid foundation on chess essentials, based on my rich, decade long playing experience. A great structure can only be built over a solid foundation. Strength and weakness of Intermediate and Advanced players are diagnosed, analyzed and appropriate measures are taken to increase their playing strength to the next level.

Many of my students have won District, State & National level tournaments in their respective countries.

• Represented SRM University in Asian University Chess Championship
• Winner of National Schools Chess Championship.

• Represented Tamil Nadu State in various National Chess Championships.
• Two times winner of Rotary Young Star Award for excellence in chess.
