As much as I am a Teacher, I am life long learner as well. I believe that with the diversity or differences in students' behavior and disposition, there is a need for continuous learning to properly understand each individual learning strengths, weaknesses, skills, and techniques.
This will help to decide on the appropriate method for training, instructing, and teaching the child to become the best version of themselves.
The teaching style and methodology I apply depend on the students, the situation, and the setting.
In most cases where the students/learners are young and there is enough time, I apply the role-play method, demonstration method, excursion, and discussion method.
In rare cases where there is a time constraint and the learners are advanced in age and intellectual maturity, I apply the lecture method
