I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with vast experience in training and mentoring Six Sigma projects and have helped students from various industries to successfully executed process improvement projects. In my current job I am heading global six sigma and process improvement initiatives. So far apart from India, I have trained professionals from US, UK, Poland and Philippines.
I mostly use real life practical examples during my training along with very simple methods to explain complex Six Sigma statistical concepts. Training involves a lot practice to get hands on to the concepts which in my experience has helped student to a great extent in their real life projects. I also share some practice datasets for the students to practice in their free time.
Along with Six Sigma, i also cover Minitab as a part of the training program

Fee details

    Depending on the type of assignment, fee would be low for basic training and high for Black Belt level
