I am a tutor and a mentor from the last 27 years and am imparting education and guidance to the students. According to me teacher's job is not only to give lecture but also clear the concepts of each topics by giving examples from practical life and try to make connection between the subject and the student and generate interest in a particular subject. If interest will be generated in a student, the student will do his best. In the last 27 years not a single child have failed in any Board Exams. My students result is 100%.Most of my students score over 90% and there are less who score between 80% to 90%.I also provide guidance after 10th clas, which stream will prove worthy for that particular student and I help the students to learn and make their own notes, which makes to understand that subjects and they don't have to mug up during the Exams, My main focus is to make the basics clear. Last but not the least, I teach them the value of time, "Time once gone,never comes back".
