Here is Professor Aqsa Arshad. I am MS in biochemistry from the University of Punjab. I am teaching students till 5 years during my studies and still thought as a lecturer in Quaid e Azam college. I used a hybrid style to teach the students according to their need. the methodology of my teaching are lecture, demonstration and through the assignment. The good communication with students make my teaching more effective. I make the teaching interesting so the student is not fall as asleep. I feel it is very important to build the student's self-confidence and i working on it.
