Bollypiano Biggest Piano Learning Website in South Asia
3 Reviews

Bollypiano, originally from Hong Kong, is the biggest South Asian website for piano tutoring. We provide one-on-one classes to students alongside sheet music and video tutorials. Bollypiano, to date, has the biggest database for Hindi and other Indian language songs. We have a team of exceptionally talented piano tutors, including graduates from Berklee College of Music, Trinity College of London etc., who can tailor the curriculum according to your needs. We follow the structured curriculum of ABRSM (Associated Boards of Royal Schools of Music, UK), which has been tried and tested by teachers and students worldwide for more than 50 years. However, we can also design a special curriculum for your needs, which focuses more on learning Bollywood songs.
We focus on these areas in our classes:
- Practical (Exercises, Songs and Pieces)
- Music Theory (Understanding how music works from the theoretical perspective)
- Composition (Learn to create new melodies and songs of your own)
- Sightreading (Learn music notations to learn songs faster)
- Aural (Developing the skill of figuring out notes through just listening)
- Improvisation (Playing on the spot)

Let us be a part of your music journey, book a trial class today!

Here are few of Bollypiano's reviews from Students -

1. Vipul Choudhary ( PARENT) - Mr. Abhi is and excellent teacher.

My name is Sanvi. I am 10 years old and have been playing piano for 5 years with tutors in Europe. I have recently started learning Piano online with Mr Abhi. Mr. Abhi is a focused and dedicated teacher. He explains all the elements of music properly. I look forward to every class and get really excited the night before. In beginning I was sort of hesitant changing my tutor and starting with Mr. Abhi, but now I definitely want to have him as a teacher.
All in all, Mr. Abhi is an amazing teacher. He is patient and understands your problems, difficulties and will have an easy solution which will improve whatever you were struggling with. He has the knowledge to play different types of music and his teaching skills stand out.
Mr. Abhi is the best teacher ever!!!!!

2. Gaurav Hegde - The perfect teacher

I'm 36 & a businessman based in Mumbai and I started learning piano about 9 months back. In spite of having taken personal lessons for 2-3 months from grade 5 and grade 8 teachers in Mumbai, I was disappointed with their methods which lacked personal attention. That's when I got in touch with Abhi on his YouTube channel.
Once I started with his online classes, I could gradually discern that his methods are much focussed on primarily strengthening the basics which are of vital importance for learning any instrument, before going to the easier part of playing.
In addition to his methods, Abhi is knowledgeable, patient to listen to and clear your apprehensions, disciplined and strict as a teacher should be. He will focus more on your weak points and that's the key to getting good at playing.
If you are in deadly earnest about learning piano, learn from him and I can ascertain your satisfaction.

3. Merve Ersan - Most dedicated teacher I’ve ever had!

When I first started music lessons with Abhi I had 0 knowledge about music theory. He is dedicated about teaching and makes sure you have understood everything he tells you. You can tell he loves what he is doing and keeps on motivating his students. His lessons are actually fun and have a great friendly atmosphere even if it’s just online. 100% would recommend! ❤️

Definite go to place for learning popular Hindi songs!

My child is already taking piano classes with a teacher in the UK, but we wanted her to learn Bollywood songs too. That's why we turned to Bollypiano and instructor Chinmay, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The lessons are engaging and well-structured, and Chinmay is patient and encouraging. It's great to see my child learn how to play popular Bollywood songs side-by-side with her traditional piano lessons. The platform is user-friendly and convenient, with on-demand lessons and practice materials. I highly recommend Bollypiano to any parent looking to introduce their child to South Asian music.

Discovering the joy of Piano and Old Bollywood songs with Rishabh's guidance in my 40's

As someone in my 40s, I never imagined I would be able to learn to play the piano, let alone old Bollywood songs. But thanks to the wonderful instruction of Rishabh at Bollypiano, I have been able to do just that. The lessons are tailored to my level of experience and skill, and Rishabh is patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching.

What I appreciate most about Bollypiano is the ability to learn old Bollywood songs that I grew up listening to. It's been a joy to play and sing along to songs like 'Ae Mere Humsafar' and 'Lag Jaa Gale' on the piano, and I never would have thought it possible before.

The platform itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the practice materials are well-organized and helpful. I also appreciate the flexibility of the lessons, which can be accessed on-demand to fit my busy schedule.

Overall, I highly recommend Bollypiano and Rishabh to anyone looking to learn to play the piano or explore Bollywood music. It's been a truly rewarding experience, and I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful community of teachers and learners
