With my experience in the local and the international system am able to handle the learners effectively.My strong English communication both oral and written enables me to communicate well with my learners.Am also able to apply the different styles of learning to different learners for example kinesthetic learners who need to hear and see.I plan my lessons to cater for all the learners that is child centered lessons.I also have very good class control which enables me to maintain the discipline in class.Am also very firm and friendly too with my learners.Am also able to update myself with the current teaching methodologies for my learners to be at par.Through refreshers courses, trainings,the internet am able to learn more.Having worked in a multicultural environment,I have learnt different approaches to information and how to develop leadership in different learners.
