I have secured 97/100 in my class 12 boards in subject biology. My overall percentage was 90% in class 12th. My idea of teaching would be easy and fun, i always believed in making the concepts clear irrespective of any issue
All doubts should be clear at that time only. I can clear doubts of shy students too, it's very important to connect to your students personally, know their shortcomings and improve them.
Giving assignments and homeworks are a way but it's important to discuss the chapter and make concepts clear.
