I have been teaching English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies to students of Grade II till Grade VI, for over 9 years. My teaching style is creative and innovative according to the students' needs. I identify students' weaknesses and develop a strategy to overcome them. I believe in encouraging students so that they can be more confident in the subject. My methodology includes but is not limited to interactive and inquiry-based learning. I try including game-based learning in my lessons to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I show students not only what to do but how to do it as well. I assess my teaching after every student session to enhance my own professional development. I prefer feedback from parents as well as students on a regular basis, so that the teaching style can be individually tailored for students to get an effective result. My students have performed better in class assignments and examinations. A few things that make me a great teacher are my communication and listening skills alongside my passion and commitment to the field of teaching.
