My teaching styles are:
1. The facilitation style; In case I am working with a group of students I encourage peer learning. This is because it ensures my learners develop a bond and works together to help each other with various concepts and develop communication skills.
2. Demonstrative style; this is where I use different learning resources to deliver a lesson and concepts to the learners such as teaching forms, youtube clips. This ensures my students have a broader understanding of various contents.
3. Hybrid style; this is where I incorporate my learner's personalities, interests, and preferences as it makes teaching easier, and more enjoyable.
My Teaching Methodologies include;
1. Personalised learning; this is student-centered learning as I focus on the individual learner's unique needs, strengths, and weaknesses. It's tailored to the specific learner.
2. Flipped Learning; I prefer this methodology because it is devoted to active learning rather than just instruction, And its values are flexible environment, culture shift, international context, and professionalism.
3. Project-based and inquiry-based learning methodology; to ensure we acquire real knowledge, think critically and make wise decisions.

My results are to ensure my learners acquire the best in academics and develop their social and emotional skills and behavioral well-being.

I am an exceptional tutor because of my abilities and skills in clear communication and listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience.

    My Job description:
    1. Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
    2. Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
    3. Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
    4. Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
    5. Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
    6. Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
    7. Documenting and reporting on students' progress.
    8. Attending meetings with parents and staff.
