Hello, my name is Nolwazi Tshawane, born in South Africa.
I am 23 years old. I have a 140 hour TEFL/TESOL certificate, with a 2 years English experience on the work field of industrial engineering. During my 2 years of work, I was able to develop my verbal and written communication skills to an advanced level. Which means that I am well-versed and I can be able to help others around the world to learn English with ease as they get used to the class activities and understanding better. I believe that learning is a two-ways journey to a successful outcome, it is therefore a conversational class that should be practiced for work to be easily carried out.
I am currently learning Portuguese myself, meaning that I can relate to the struggles and challenges my students will be facing in learning another language. Learning languages is my passion, and helping others to achieve well on the language of their choice, it will be an honor for me.
My teaching approach is generally based on individual needs. For I believe that each learner has individual needs which I would like to accommodate in my class. I am looking forward to a fun and engaging English teaching journey, yet fruitful for my future students.

My role was to analyse manufacturing production existing problems, analyse their cause and state, formulate solutions to solve them using strategic principles such as PDCA cycle and Toyota's 3 standardised procedure, and implement solutions to eliminate any form of waste.
