I preferred to use Lecture and Problem solving method to deal with students. Students can always come to me to discuss their problems. For the last five years my results were 100 percent with 5.8/6cgpa. Majority students have attained A+ marks with good understanding level. I also used to practice SLO based questions with my students as well to enable them to understand the topic deeply and correctly.
Teacher should come to the level of students to explain anything. With good environment and students should be encouraged to ask questions. Thanks
