Following my application as a teacher, I hereby do declare to offer my full support towards students excellence and foster in making their dreams become a reality. My conscience is very clear on matters to deal with student individual differences and handle each student differently as I respond to the norms of the society. I do work professionally not to contradict the teaching ethics as well as code of conduct stipulated on the TSC act of 2012 regarding the behavior and expectations of a teacher by both the society and government. I will work deligently, guide students and more so ensure that each student produces the best he or she can for them to become better citizens in the near future. I do believe that hard work without discipline is almost equal to zero. Discipline maintains on on top of academics and therefore I will do whatever it pertains to ensure my students are highly discipline and guided by both the rule of law as well as the expectations of a student from both the teachers and parents.
