Hello, I love interacting with my students. Get to know their strengths and weaknesses. For instance, before starting to teach I would ask them to write topics they think they Haven't understood.

Also, I ask a lot of questions which help me in customizing my teaching methods to suit the learner.
I love giving weekly quizes to know areas where the learner is week.

Overall, I love when my students succeed. I take pride and joy in there success. I motivate learners during classes and after classes. I would love to see my students one day become the top world leaders.
