A real teacher is that who teaches and deals his students according to their psychology. Every student has different strengths and area of interest, so actual responsibility of a mentor is to lead and guide the student accordingly. We believe a every student is special with God gifted qualities, the thing we just do is to explore their talent and polish gifted qualities.
As a teacher, my first priority is to make the students as much able, they can survive alone in every situation by their will power and decision making skill. My utter desire is to make them competitive and confident.
