I would use colourful and attractive presentations based on each student's subject and I would prepare some crossword puzzles for the small kids.I would always question them in the middle of their lessons after the explanation. Before leaving my class they should understand the lesson to the maximum 100%. I would also give them a chance to research special things and write the facts. I would give them less homework and more class work. I would teach them according to their ability and understanding. I want the students to be cooperative and discuss with the teacher. if they have any doubts they can clear it out
