I am special educator, who believes in potential and strength, if the child is not understanding in usall way, i m ready change the style and use new method accordingly, i belive every child have there own talent and potential in them. They have there own style of learning, i m ready to opt according to the child. I always think to help the child with root cause,what is the root cause or difficulty they are facing and i m not judgmental with children and i am glad and happy to be special educator,i can try to give best out of me
