Surya namaskar and face yoga techniques accupressure points and mudras ...there's no better way to be healthy happy and fit both physically and mentally through yoga ..... i have an experience of total seven years with around 5 years of online yoga and face yoga and with around two years of offline classes as a trainer and instructor ....batches and timings may vary according to students ....keep glowing n shining with my face yoga sessions
